Ingredients
- 1 lb. Confectioners sugar
- 1 8oz. Phila cream cheese
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Can Coconut
- 1 Bag Semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 blk. Canning wax
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, cream cheese vanilla & coconut together and shape into small eggs. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Melt chocolate and wax in a double boiler until creamy and smooth.
Dip eggs in chocolate and put on wax paper until cool.
