Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream (do not use fat free)
- 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard (french)
- 6 leg and thigh or breast (wings removed)
- 3 cups dried bread crumbs - Panko
- 6 cloves garlic - minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp basil
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesean cheese
- oil for greasing

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Combine sour cream and mustard in a shallow bowl. Dip in each piece of chicken until completely coated. Shake off excess. Combine bread crumbs, herbs and cheese in another shallow bowl. Put each piece of chicken in the crumb mixture until coated. Place chicken on a rack to dry for 30 minutes before baking. Place chicken on a well greased sheet pan and bake for 40 minutes or until the coating is nicely browned.
