Ingredients
- Saute:
- 1 lg. onion in 1 T. oleo
- Add:
- 1 (8oz) sour cream
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. dill weed
- 1 t. prepared mustard
- 1 1/4 c. shredded sharp cheddar
- Mix:
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 can (8 3/4 oz)creamed corn
- (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 t. hot sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Put bread mixture in greased 8" x 11" baking dish. Drop sour cream mixture on top of bread mixture by spoonfuls.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake 35-40 minutes @ 400 degrees.
