Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter softened
• 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tbs water
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2/3 cup flour
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3 cups oats

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter, sugars, egg, water and vanillla together with mixer until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture beating on low until blended. Stir in oats. Drop heaping tablespoons onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden
