Ingredients

  • 1 (10oz) jar smooth peanut butter
  • 1 (10") baked pie shell
  • 2 pints whipping cream (Cool Whip)
  • 1 (6oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (6oz) chocolate chips
  • 6 1/2 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

!. Coat bottom of cooled pie shell with peanut butter.

2. In a large bowl, blend rest of peanut butter, whipping cream, and vanilla pudding. Mix well. Whip at high speed until fluffy. Spoon mixture into pie shell. Refrigerate for one hour.

3. Melt butter with chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Add powdered sugar and milk. Cook for 8 minutes or until thickened. Add vanilla.

4. Pour mixture over pie. Chill and serve.
