  • 6 C fresh blueberries
  • 1 C granulated sugar
  • 1 C water
  • 1/3 C corn syrup, light or dark
  • 2 tsp lemon juice, fresh or bottles

Step 1

Combine all ingredient in large saucepan. Heat and stir on medium-high until it boils. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Strain. Pour into hot sterilized half pint jars, dividing evenly. Add boiling water if needed to fill within 1/4 inch of top. Place sterilezed metal lids on jars and screw metal bands on securely. For added assurance against spoilage, you may choose to process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
