  • 2 cups white basmati rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth powder
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Preparation

Step 1

Heat pressure cooker until a small amount of water splashed in the bottom of the pan forms balls that roll around. Brown chicken on both sides. Add rice and water mixed with chicken broth powder and bring to a boil. Place lid on pan. On medium high heat, maintain pressure for 5 minutes, add vegetables close lid and allow pan to sit 10 minutes.
