Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined
using a 1½ tbsp cookie scoop, scoop the mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
bake at 350°F for approximately 10 minutes or until the bottom and edges of each macaroon start to turn darker in color
let macaroons cool on the baking sheet set over a wire rack
