Ingredients

  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 2 T flour
  • graham cracker crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, cream egg yolks, cheese, sugar, vanilla and flour. Beat whites until stiff, then gently fold whites into cheese mixture. Butter a spring form pan and sprinkle the bottom with graham cracker crumbs. Pour in batter. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. When done, leave in oven to cool with oven door open.

Might like to add grated rind of a lemon or an orange or a lime to batter. Get creative on top. Raspberry sauce and fresh berries, fresh glazed fruits, homemade caramel sauce with nuts - whatever.
