Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts, halved and skinned
- two 6 ounce cans of tomato sauce
- 2 medium carrots, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup of diced onions
- 1/2 cup of green peppers, diced
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon of basil
- 1/4 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- Pepper to taste
- 4 ounce can of mushrooms
- 1 packet of Sweet and low

Step 1
Brown chicken in non stick pan. Add remaining ingredients, except mushrooms and sweet and low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook u uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Stir in sweet and low. 6 servings. 215 calories each serving.
