Ingredients

  • 3 whole chicken breasts, halved and skinned
  • two 6 ounce cans of tomato sauce
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • 1/2 cup of green peppers, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon of basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 ounce can of mushrooms
  • 1 packet of Sweet and low

Step 1

Brown chicken in non stick pan. Add remaining ingredients, except mushrooms and sweet and low. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook u uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Stir in sweet and low. 6 servings. 215 calories each serving.
