Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. spinach--cleaned and stemmed
- 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove--peeled and finely minced
- 1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in saute pan on medium heat.
Add spinach, cook until it begins to wilt.
Add all other ingredients and toss.
