- 1 box (1-pound) confectioners' sugar
- 3 Tablespoons powdered egg whites (like Just Whites), found in grocery stores
- 6 Tablespoons warm water

Step 1
1. In a large bowl of a mixer, beat confectioners' sugar, egg whites, and water on high speed until thick and smooth, 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent drying. Finished icing can be tinted any color and thinned with a bit of water to decorate cookies.
