Ingredients

  • 2

    lbs of beef or turkey kielbasi

  • 1

    cup beer (any brand)

  • 1

    cup brown sugar

  • 2

    tbs corn starch

  • 1/4

    cup vinegar

  • 1/4

    cup mustard from jar

  • 1

    tbs horseradish

Directions

In a pot simmer beer and sliced kielbasi for about 10 minutes. In a separate bowl combine brown sugar and corn starch, stir in vinegar, mustard and horseradish. Add to sausage and beer. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes on medium high heat.
