Ingredients
- 2 lbs of beef or turkey kielbasi
- 1 cup beer (any brand)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs corn starch
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup mustard from jar
- 1 tbs horseradish

Preparation
Step 1
In a pot simmer beer and sliced kielbasi for about 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl combine brown sugar and corn starch, stir in vinegar, mustard and horseradish. Add to sausage and beer.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes on medium high heat.
