Moroccan Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground lamb
- black pepper
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 1/2 t cumin
- 1 1/2 t paprika
- 1 T coriander
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t ground red pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 c raisins
- 5 dried apricots, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1) Saute the meat. When brown, add seasonings.
2) Add onions, pepper, and garlic and cook till onions are soft.
3) Stir in the lemon zest, Worcestershire, and tomato sauce. Simmer on low.
4) Boil 1 3/4 c water with dried fruit. Stir in couscous and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min, add lemon juice, and fluff with fork.
