Teriyaki orange ginger chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 T oil (vegetable or olive)
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 C teriyaki sauce
  • 3/4 C dry white cooking wine
  • 1/2 C orange marmalade
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1 t ginger
  • 4 chopped green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Cut breasts in half and brown in oil over medium high heat on both sides. Whisk together teriyaki sauce, wine, marmalade, garlic, ginger and green onions. Pour the sauce over the browned chicken, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until chicken is no longer pink inside.
