- Krusteaz Natural Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix - as directed
- 1 cup drained, canned corn
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare one package
Krusteaz Natural Honey Cornbread & Muffin Mix
as directed, adding 1 cup drained, canned corn, 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup chopped green onion. Divide batter into three, lightly greased 5x3x2-inch mini loaf pans. Bake 23-27 minutes or until light golden brown.
For muffins: spoon batter into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake 18-20 minutes.
