Ingredients
- 4 cups cabbage leaves- thinly sliced
- 1 cup carrots--shredded
- 2 scallions--diced fine
- 4 radishes--diced medium
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Toss first four ingredients together.
Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Toss all ingredients together and chill.
Serving Ideas
Serve as a side with any breaded or battered fish or salmon burgers. Makes a great addition to fish tacos.
Other options
Add raisins, dried cranberries, diced apple, chopped bell pepper, sesame oil, celery seed, or fresh ginger.
