Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 2 TBS of vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 7 cups of all purpose flour
- 5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- confectionary sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla

Get a large mixing bowl. Measure out 1 cup of oil, and 1 cup of sugar;
beat until sugar disolves; add 1 cup orange juice and 2 tbs of vanilla extract; mix until blended; add one egg at a time beating each (a total of 4 large eggs).
In another bowl stir all your dry ingrdients together; 7 cups of flour;
5 tsp of baking powder; 1 tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp salt. Gradually beat into liquid ingredients. Let dough rise about 10 minutes.

You should have a pliable dough; add a little more flour if you don't
1/2 cup should be good. On cookie sheet (not greased) drop by tablespoon shaped into one inch balls and bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked in center and golden brown Let cookies cool for 1 hour to 2 hours and they will be ready for frosting.

To make the frosting, get a box of confectionary sugar and add just enough water for a frosting consistency then add 1 tsp vanilla extract
to frosting. Once cookies are cool, frost cookies you may sprinkle candy
shots on them after frosting. Store them when frosting gets hard.
