Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup English Toffee bits
  • 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the butter at medium speed until creamy. Gradually add sugars, beating well. Add eggs and vanilla, beating well.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, stirring well. Add to the butter mixture, beating at low speed until just blended. Stir in English toffee bits, chocolate chunks, and chocolate chips. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets, remove to wire racks to cool.
