Ingredients
- 5 eggs; separated
- 1-1/2 cups Sugar
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Beat whites until foamy, add 1/2 cup sugar, and beat until stiff.
Beat yolks with remaining 1 cup sugar until very yellow. Add vanilla.
Add flour and baking powder alternately with juice. Fold in whites.
Pour into ungreased tube pan and bake 350 °F for one hour. Invert and allow
to cool.
