Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 t. veg. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 or 3 grated carrots and 2 or 3 stalks of celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 T. flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 T. tomato paste
- 2 T. parsley
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 qt. mashed potatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 T. parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Make your favorite mashed potatoes and keep them warm. In a hot skillet add veg. oil, then brown meat, garlic, onion, carrots, celery until tender. Add broth and flour, tomato paste, parsley. Pour into a greased baking dish. Top with peas, then cheese, then mashed potatoes. Top with parm. cheese. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until heated.
