Ingredients

  • 3 - 4 lb beef roast
  • 1 package Italian Seasonings dressing mix (dry)
  • 1 can beef consomme (not broth)
  • 1 can water
  • 1 package Au Jus mix (dry)
  • 1 package Onion Soup mix (dry), optional

Preparation

Step 1

Place roast in crock pot.

Mix the last 4 (or 5) ingredients. Pour over the roast.

Cook on low all day.

Slice and serve on hoagie buns.
