  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cups mochiko flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9x13-inch baking pan, melt butter in the preheated oven.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Add in melted butter and mix until batter is smooth.

Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool, cut in desired shapes.

If desired, roll each piece in kinako (soy bean powder).
