- 1 1 1 teaspoon Water
- 1 1 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 3 3 3 tablespoon Unsalted butter
- 3 3 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 Dry white wine
- 1 1 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 1 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 1 1 teaspoon Chicken broth granules

- In a medium sized bowl or pie plate, make an egg wash by whisking an egg and the teaspoon of water. In a separate bowl or pie plate, lay out your bread crumbs.
