Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2 8 oz ahi tuna steaks
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 clove crushed garlic (one for each steak)
- 4 T's extra virgin olive oil
- Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Step 1
1. Prepare marinade in a 9 x 13 inch glass dish
(use all the marinade ingredients)
2. Dredge steaks and get marinade on both sides. Let sit in refrig for 30 min before grilling. DO NOT Marinade too long, since soy sauce will over take taste of fish
3. Grill 4 minutes or less per side at 1 inch thick steaks. Steaks should be firm with pink in the middle.
NOTE: for Rare cook only 2 1/2 minutes per side
