Ingredients
- 2 lbs. cream cheese (4 large packages)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 7 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cream the cheese, add sugar and cream thoroughly. Add eggs and beat after each egg. Add lemon and vanilla, flour and sour cream and beat util smooth.
Combine crumbs and confectioner's sugar. Grease entire 9 inch spring pan. Put crumbs on the bottom. Ladle batter over crumbs gently. (Do not pour.)
Bake 65 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn oven off and leave cake inside the oven for another 30 minutes. Open the oven door and leave cake inside another 30 minutes.
Remove cake. Cool then spring pan. Refrigerate. Before serving use favorite topping.
Use a 3-4 inch high spring pan.
