Ingredients

  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
  • 1 can (16 ounces) Brook's chili hot beans
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 2 tbsp. taco sauce
  • 1 bag Doritoes

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat with chopped onion until no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco seasoning. Add beans and simmer 20 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and tortilla chips. When ready to serve, add meat mixture and mix well. In a small bowl, mix taco sauce and sour cream. Serve with salad. Serve with Italian dressing.
