Ingredients

  • ASIAN BROTH
  • 5 cups beef broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 mushrooms, chopped
  • CHOCOLATE SAUCE
  • 1 package butterscotch chips
  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 jar marshmallow creme
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

(FOR ASIAN FONDUE):
Bring broth to a full boil. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.

(FOR CHOCOLATE FONDUE):
In a large microwave safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips and chocolate; stir until smooth. Stir in condensed milk, marshmallow cream and milk. Microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Keep warm and serve with "dippers"

Horseradish Sauce:
1 cup sourcream
3 tablespoons horseradish
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 scallions, minced
1/4 teaspoon Worcestshire sauce
salt & ground pepper


Cracked Pepper Sauce:
8 ounces neufchatel cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon cracked peppercorns
1 teaspoon shallots, minced
2 tablespoons milk
pinch of salt & pepper
