Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 1 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1 1/2 T vanilla
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 c corn syrup
- 6 c oats
- 1 c coconut
- 1 c sunflower seeds
- 1 c sesame seeds
- 2 c chocolate chips (or 1 c choc chip; 1 c raisins)

Step 1
In a skillet, toast coconut, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds and set aside to cool. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter, vanilla and brown sugar. Add corn syrup and then mix in remaining ingredients. Press into greased 12x18 inch cookie sheet. Bake 350F for 20 mins or until golden. Let cool slightly and cut while still warm.
