Ingredients
- 9 egg; separated
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- juice of 1/2 orange
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1/3 cup cake meal
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup walnuts; finely chopped

Step 1
Beat whites with 1/2 cup sugar and salt. Beat yolks with juices and
remaining sugar. Add to beaten whites. Fold in flour mixture and walnuts.
Bake one hour at 325 °F
