Pineapple Cream Mold

This mold is delicious. You can dress it up with fruits and cherries around the mold. Great holiday dish

Ingredients

• 2 3oz. package lemon jello
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 2 cups hot water
• 2 cups sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium to large glass bowl, dissolve jello in hot water. Cool slightly; add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart Pam sprayed mold. Let stand overnight.

Invert onto a serving platter and decorate as you wish.
