Ingredients
- 2 3oz. package lemon jello
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 cups sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium to large glass bowl, dissolve jello in hot water. Cool slightly; add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart Pam sprayed mold. Let stand overnight.
Invert onto a serving platter and decorate as you wish.
