Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
  • 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup, diluted
  • 1 jar (8 oz.) process cheese sauce
  • 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 1/4 cups uncooked instant rice
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Step 1

In a 3 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 10 ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until the rice is tender. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with paprika.
