Ingredients
- 1 good sized chicken, cut up, all skin removed
- 1 good sized onion, chopped
- garlic
- parsley
- 1/4 cup red wine
- bay leaf
- salt
- pepper
- mushrooms
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Brown onion, garlic and parsley in olive oil and butter. Add and brown chicken. Add red wine. When brown, add bay leaf, salt, pepper, mushrooms and water.
Simmer at least 1 hour, don’t let go dry. Add more water for more juice.
Serve with palenta.
