Ingredients

  • 1/2 package spaghetti
  • 3 cups chicken, cooked
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 3/4 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 tbs pimientos
  • 1 (10oz) can Mushroom soup
  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (14oz) can chicken broth
  • 1 package frozen peas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

! Cook spaghetti in salted water. Drain and set aside.

2. Saute onions and peppers until tender. Add pimientos,, soup, broth, peas, and cooked spaghetti. Simmer for 30 minutes.

3. Add cooked chicken and one-half shredded cheese.

4. Pour mixture into 9X13" greased dish.

5. Bake in oven at 350F for 30 minutes. Add remaining shredded cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
