Preparation

Step 1

1. In bread machine pan, put all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.

2. Select dough setting. (First time I made this, I selected dough setting for 10 min then turned machine off, let sit for 1 hour. Restart dough cycle then run for entire dough cycle- don't know if this is needed or not, but rolls were VERY soft!)

3. When cycle is completed, turn dough onto a VERY lightly floured surface.- if dough is not sticky, then no flour is needed.

4. Divide dough into 24 portions. (I cut with pizza cutter)

5. Shape dough into balls.

6. Place in a greased 13 inch by 9 inch baking pan.

7. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30-60 minutes.

8. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-16 minutes or until golden brown.

To make bread sticks. Just add garlic salt instead of salt. Then shape how you wish, and brush butter on top. I accidentally figured out how to make hamburger buns tonight. I didn't put enough flour so the dough was very sticky and hard to work with. I did it anyway and shaped my "rolls" the best I could. After they rose I put them in the oven and they had sort of "melted" is what I call it, to form hamburger buns..
