Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
- 3/4 cup shredded cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cream of chicken soup, enchilada sauce, and sour cream together in a small bowl.
Spread a small amount of the mixture in the bottom of a 8 x 11 casserole dish.
Place 4 tortillas on the bottom of the dish, you can tear them so that they cover all areas of the bottom.
Spread another small amount of the enchilada sauce mixture on top of the tortillas to cover.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the chicken on top of this, then sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese of top of that.
Continue layering with 4 more tortillas, sauce, chicken, and cheese.
Finish off the top with the last 4 tortillas, some more sauce*, and cheese.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly.
*You can heat and use any leftover sauce to drizzel on top when serving.
