Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cups Margarine or Sweet Butter (softened)
  • 1 pkg. (8oz.) Cream Cheese
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Grease and flour 12 Cup Bundt pan. Put flour, salt together, set aside. In very large mixing bowl, cream oleo, cream cheese and sugar, until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, alternating with the dry ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla and mix well

Pour batter into prepared pan. Set in COLD oven and set temperature to 325 degrees. (It says Bake 1 1/2 hours). Sharon bakes hers less. about l hour, 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool cake in cake pan 1st, then turn out on to plate or whatever.
