Ingredients

  • 1/2

    cup water

  • 1/2

    cup lemon juice

  • 1/2

    cup canola oil

  • 1/2

    cup almond meal

  • 1/3

    cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/2

    cup garbanzo flour (chickpea four)

  • 1/3

    cup tofu

  • 1-2

    cloves garlic

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/2

    teaspoon curry

  • 1

    teaspoon oregano

  • 1

    teaspoon cilantro

Directions

Combine almonds, beans and oil in blender or food processor and process. Add all other ingredients and puree until nice and creamy smooth. Cover and let refrigerate for one hour. Keep refrigerated between uses.
