  • 1/2 cup reduced sugar ketchup
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp unsulphured molasses
  • 2 tsp. reduced sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • cooking spray
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 6 ounces each)

Step 1

1. In a small saucepan whisk together ketchup, marmalade, orange juice, vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high, lower to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes or until reduced slightly Divide sauce into two equal portions; set aside.

2. Meanwhile, coat a grill with cooking spray then heat to medium-high. Place chicken on top and cook for 6 minutes, then flip and cook for 6 minutes more. Brush both sides generously with barbecue sauce from one of the reserved portions and cook for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat and serve with remaining sauce on the side.
