Ingredients
- 2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup flour
- steak, top round
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Double heavy duty aluminum foil - fold.
Mix ketchup and flour, spoon half in the center of foil. Place steak on top, season. Cover meat with onion slices and remaining ketchup. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Fold foil over and seal security. Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake in hot oven (400°) for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
