- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- juice of one lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 6 tablespoons parmeasan cheese

Step 1
Place finely mashed garlic in blender. Add salt, vinegar, eggs and dijon mustard. With blender running, add oil very very slowly. Add lemon juice, pepper and parmesan cheese.
