Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 =1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1-3/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Topping:
- 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. stil until blended. Press into bottom and up sides of 10" pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Filling:
Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar in medium bowl until blended. Whip 1 cup heavy cream until stiff. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Spoon into cooled crust.
Topping:
Combine heavy cream and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 7minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and butter. Stir until melted. Stir in vanilla. Cool until slightly thickened. Pour evenly over pie. Refrigerate 4 - 5 hours before serving. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
