  • potatoes
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1

Boil potatoes until firm. Cool.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Pour over cooled potatoes. Refrigerate.
