Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of Lipton French Onion & Mushroom soup
  • 1 package of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 package of shredded mozzerella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°.
Make Lipton soup according to the packet directions. Slice the onion.

Place chicken into a 9X12 baking dish. Cover with mushrooms and onions.

Pour about one half to three quarters of the soup over the chicken. Bake for about one hour.

Pull baking dish out of oven and cover chicken with mozzerella cheese. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
