Ingredients
- For filling:
- 1 1/2 lbs Ground beef
- 1/4 Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Ground all-spice
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 Small nion, chopped
- 2 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh thyme, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Steak sauce (if needed: substitute with 1/2 Cup Ketchup. 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce)
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups Water
- 1 Tbsp bread crumbs
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat large skillet on medium heat.
2. Add ground beef to skillet with 1/4 cup water, salt, black pepper, all-spice and curry powder.
3. Cook on medium-high until meat is browned and water absorbed; drain excess oil.
4. Add onions and sauté until translucent. Add garlic and thyme and continue to sauté for 2 minutes.
5. Add ketchup , steak sauce, worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce; stir into meat.
6. Pour in 2 cups of water and stir. Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated and whatever is remaining has reduced to a gravy.
7. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and stir into meat. Add more salt to your taste. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
