  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 # ground beef
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can Tomato Bisque soup

Step 1

Take core out of cabbage. Strip outer leaves. Put in pan of water almost covering it. Cook until leaves begin to unpeel. Combine meat, rice, egg, onion salt and pepper. Separate each leaf. Lay out flat, put 1 Tblsp meat mixture in leaf and roll up. Place rolls in baking dish. Cover with soup. Bake i hour or until cabbage is done, covered at 350.
