Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 cup cut rhubarb
• 1 cup cut strawberries
• 4-5 tbsp flour
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 stick oleo
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• dash of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together. Place in unbaked pie crust & cover with crumb topping. Bake at 350 until top is golden brown.
