Ingredients

  • 24 Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 24 Thinly Sliced Pieces
  • of Ham (can also be shredded)
  • 24 Thinly Sliced Pieces
  • of Swiss Cheese
  • 1/3 C Mayo
  • 1/3 C Sour Cream
  • Poppy Seed Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1.1 /2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 C Melted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Minced Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Bake 350º

In a small bowl mix the mayo & sour cream.
Spread onto both sides of center of each
roll. Place ham and cheese slice inside
each roll. Close rolls and place onto
large baking dish or heavy cookie sheet.
Place very closely together.

In a medium bowl, whisk together all the
Poppy Seed sauce ingredients. Pour evenly
over all the sandwiches. Use just enough
to cover the tops. Let sit 10 mins. or
until butter sets slightly. Cover with
foil and bake 12-15 minutes or until
cheese is melted. Uncover & cook 2
additional minutes or until tops are
slightly brown and crispy. Serve warm.

**Can be made a day ahead and kept in fridge
until ready to bake. Mix and pour sauce
just before baking**
